Using it
How big are the feet openings?
They fit most feet up to about US men's 12 / EU 46. If you're unsure, measure your foot length against 30 cm and email us before ordering.
Is the heat adjustable?
Yes, four heat levels. You can also run it with the heat off if you just want compression and kneading.
How loud is it?
About the level of a quiet fan. Most people use it while watching TV or reading in bed.
Orders & returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship the next business day, and you get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery is 5-10 business days within the US and Canada, and 10-15 business days for the UK, Australia and the EU. Shipping is free on US orders over $50; other regions see a flat rate calculated at checkout.
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — just email support@sleepvanta.com. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once the return is approved we send a prepaid return label, and your refund goes back to the original payment method within about 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
